Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you total command over your mail accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward email messages from one e-mail box account to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your email accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming emails according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox you want to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
